BABYZEN is part of the Stokke® Group (Stokke AS and its subsidiaries).
BABYZEN/Stokke® works with a number of shipping providers, including UPS, DHL, DPD, Postnord and others. In order to provide you with the best service, Stokke® reserves the right to select the most appropriate service provider for your order.
The delivery time is indicated in your shopping cart. It is generally 2 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Please notify our Customer Service immediately (no later than 14 days after delivery) if your shipment contains damaged, incomplete or incorrect items.
These shipping terms apply only to purchases made on babyzen.com.
Change / Cancellation of the order
Unfortunately, it is technically not possible to cancel or change an order that has already been completed. If you still do not want to receive your order, you have the following options:
You can make use of your right of withdrawal. Please contact our Customer Service here.
You can completely refuse your order upon delivery. Your complete order will then be returned to the sender. As soon as your package arrives in our warehouse, the refund will be made. Please note that this is only possible if you reject the entire order. You can then place a new order on babyzen.com as usual.
Can parcels be delivered to a packing station?
Parcels are not being delivered to packing stations at this period of time.
You can return your products ordered on babyzen.com free of charge within 30 days of delivery by using our return label specifically.

Which items can be returned?
BABYZEN/ Stokke® will only accept returns on items purchased on babyzen.com. Products purchased through any other sales channel must be processed through the respective retailer. Please contact the retailer directly for more information.
Individualized/personalised items cannot be returned
All returned items must be complete, in original packaging and in original condition. This includes all parts of the item, accessories, manuals, etc.
If your purchase included a gift, promotional item, or bonus item, it must also be returned to receive a refund.
How does the return work?
For orders placed on or after 01.06.2022:
- Click Here to create your own free return label.
- You will be redirected to the DHL shipment portal with the link.
- When filling out the data, please enter your order number in reference 1 (customer specific data). This contributes to a smooth processing of your return.
- Afterwards you will receive a return label by email.
- Now just print out the label, stick it on the parcel and hand it in at one of the numerous DHL stations.
- As soon as we receive your package, we will process the refund. This can take up to 14 days.
For orders placed before or on 31.05.2022, please contact our customer service to get a return label.
How long can I return my order?
You may return your order within 30 days.
If you wish to return your order beyond the 30 days, please first contact our Customer Service to discuss a justified return.
What is the cost of returning items?
The return is free of charge for you. We will cover the costs provided that you use a personalized return label from the portal of our shipping partner DHL.
